Women remain underrepresented across the tech sector, and the Dynamics community is no exception. Many face barriers that have nothing to do with capability or ambition — including the disproportionate impact of parenting responsibilities, which can limit visibility, progression, and access to opportunities. Our aim is to create a space that acknowledges these realities without placing blame on any group, and instead focuses on practical support, community, and positive change.
Our Women in D365 Careers community continues to grow, and the momentum has been fantastic. We’ve welcomed new members from consulting, end-user organisations and the partner ecosystem – all committed to visibility, progression and supporting one another across the Dynamics space.

Market Insight: Dynamics Talent Snapshot
The Dynamics market is active, but the talent picture has shifted across all product areas.
Finance & Operations
Enterprise programmes are still moving, but the market is far more candidate-heavy than in previous years. Many experienced consultants, PMs and technical specialists are available after programme slowdowns and partner restructures. The only consistently tight profiles are senior Finance/SCM Solution Architects, specialist Consultants and strong Functional Leads.
Customer Engagement
CE has softened the most. Several organisations have paused CRM investment, and partners have reduced CE headcount. There is a high volume of available CE consultants and BAs, with demand strongest for technical architects and cross-platform specialists.
Business Central
BC remains the most stable area. SMB and mid- market demand continues, and the smaller talent pool keeps experienced BC consultants and AL developers in steady demand.
Across all three areas, hiring is more selective, briefs are tighter, and blended delivery models are reducing UK demand for mid-level roles. The market is active — but more competitive than at any point in recent years.
