Sarah Moody

DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of experience working with people, Sarah Moody has built a career centred on connection. Since 2010, she has thrived in recruitment, and since 2017 she has focused exclusively on Technology & Finance Transformation, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Sarah helps build implementation teams for organisations across many different industries. She works with both Microsoft gold partners (including a "Big4") and directly with customers deploying the system. She has over 11,000 connections in Dynamics and runs a D365 podcast, called D365 Insights by Source & Connect. You could say she knows the market inside out!

Beyond recruitment, Sarah is a massive advocate for women in business and proud to be building a company as a working mum – showing that it’s possible to balance family and career while creating something meaningful. She has a little boy who rocks her world, and is passionate about nature, fitness and wellbeing.

Vikki Hug gins

With over 18 years in recruitment, Vikki Huggins remains as passionate about her work today as when she first started. Her experience spans multiple sectors, from IT to Finance, and she’s built lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
