Sarah Moody

DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of experience working with people, Sarah Moody has built a career centred on connection. Since 2010, she has thrived in recruitment, and since 2017 she has focused exclusively on Technology & Finance Transformation, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Sarah helps build implementation teams for organisations across many different industries. She works with both Microsoft gold partners (including a "Big4") and directly with customers deploying the system. She has over 11,000 connections in Dynamics and runs a D365 podcast, called D365 Insights by Source & Connect. You could say she knows the market inside out!

Beyond recruitment, Sarah is a massive advocate for women in business and proud to be building a company as a working mum – showing that it’s possible to balance family and career while creating something meaningful. She has a little boy who rocks her world, and is passionate about nature, fitness and wellbeing.

Vikki Hug gins

With over 18 years in recruitment, Vikki Huggins remains as passionate about her work today as when she first started. Her experience spans multiple sectors, from IT to Finance, and she’s built lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Vikki is dedicated to matching the right people with the right opportunities, believing that recruitment is about understanding both the roles and the individuals behind them.

Outside of work, Vikki is a proud wife and mum to two girls, Nevaeh and Savannah, and a miniature dachshund named Frankie. Family is everything to her, and she brings that warmth and care into everything she does professionally.

Tom Moody

MARKETING & CONTENT ASSISTANT

Tom Moody brings creativity and enthusiasm to his role as Marketing & Content Assistant, enjoying the process of shaping compelling content and supporting brand storytelling. He is passionate about producing engaging, thoughtful work and takes pride in contributing to projects that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

With a strong academic foundation, Tom holds both a BA and an MA in Creative Writing. His experience spans crafting original content, developing written materials, and refining messaging, enabling him to approach each project with creativity, precision, and a keen understanding of narrative.

Outside of work, Tom channels his creativity into making music and creating art. This passion for creativity beyond the workplace fuels his imaginative approach and brings fresh perspective and energy into everything he does.
